A resort is defined by its site, not its amenities.

Hospitality destination design across the GCC and MENA. Eco-retreats, boutique resorts, and wellness destinations where the landscape, climate, and material palette shape the guest experience — not the other way around.

Place as the primary design material.

The Gulf and wider MENA region contains some of the most spatially extraordinary sites for resort development in the world — desert wadis, coastal escarpments, mountain terrain, and island contexts. The design challenge is not to impose a resort typology on these places, but to allow the site's spatial intelligence to generate the architecture.

We design resort environments where arrival sequence, villa orientation, landscape continuity, passive cooling strategy, and material sourcing are resolved against the specific conditions of the site — not transferred from a previous project.

The disciplines that define resort quality.

01
Site & Arrival
The arrival sequence — from site boundary to first space — is the resort's strongest spatial instrument. We design it as a series of controlled spatial events, not a drive to a car park.
02
Villa & Pavilion Design
Guest villa orientation, view framing, outdoor privacy, shading strategy, and indoor-outdoor continuity resolved against the site's specific climate and topography.
03
Landscape Continuity
The ground plane between buildings is not leftover space. It is the resort's connective tissue — designed with the same rigour as the built elements, for climate, ecology, and experience.

Climate intelligence for hospitality environments.

Passive Cooling
Building orientation, prevailing wind capture, cross-ventilation, thermal mass, and shading strategy reduce mechanical cooling demand and extend outdoor comfort hours.
Material Sourcing
Local and regional materials specified for thermal performance, durability in the site climate, and the material intelligence that signals environmental seriousness to guests.
Water & Energy
Rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling, solar integration, and low-flow specification resolved at concept stage — aligned with LEED, Mostadam, and Green Globe.
Ecological Integration
Native planting, habitat connectivity, soil management, and lighting specification that minimises ecological disruption resolved with landscape and environmental consultants.

What clients ask us.

Do you design eco-retreats and sustainable resorts?
Yes. Sustainable hospitality is a core strand of our practice. We design to LEED, Mostadam, and Green Globe standards and integrate passive design strategies from concept.
Can you work on remote site resorts?
Yes. We have experience with projects in ecologically sensitive and remote locations, including coordination with environmental impact assessment consultants.
Do you design wellness and spa environments within resorts?
Yes. Spa, wellness, and thermal bathing environments are part of our hospitality design capability.
What MENA markets do you work in?
We serve resort clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, and the wider MENA region from our Dubai studio.

Your resort brief, resolved from site logic to guest atmosphere.
